If you are in-world, you can also send a chat to me directly (MableSims Resident) and I will try to response to you as quickly as possible. Or you can also write your questions on a notecard and send it to me.

Helping Haven
Helping Haven is made up of a group of over a hundred knowledgeable volunteers to assist both new and old residents.
On top of that there is also a freebie shopping mall to help newcomer quickly dress up.
Flex Gym
Although not an offer help area, but if you catch me there, I will be able to help answer some of your questions or point you to the right persons or groups.

NCI - New Citizen Incorporated
New Citizens Incorporated is a volunteer-run community hub in Second Life offering help, education, classes, and support to new residents to ease their virtual world experience.
There is a section for freebies.
